It was very clear in the 5th CPC recommendations to implement DACP for all doctors of all ministries but it was deliberately neglected by different ministry administrative officers and adopted the policy to delay and postpone it so it wont be implemented but now in 6th CPC recommendations it is clearly mentioned that this is for all doctors from all the ministries who are not yet included and there is a special mention of isolated posts doctors of all ministries.
I really wonder why in spite of such a clear instructions the administrative officers are again trying to find out some excuse and again, I repeat, by way of delaying and postponing till 7th CPC guidelines comes ( same thing what they have adopted after 5th CPC), which I am very confident they wont succeed in that, may I request the Highest Legal Body in India-The Supreme Court to look into this matter with urgent effect and give orders for immediate implementation in all ministries so that the delaying and postponing policy adopted by the administrative officers cannot have a play

Its bullshit! the govt. does not want to follow its own order. We have to fight to get an order implementation. In govt. there is no accountatbility and responsibility and punishabilty so all babus and stupid officers get away from it.I wonder why there is no punishment for such offenders .If as a individual we do not follow gov orders we get punished!
